The Perfect Summer Dessert!
In this scorching heat, one thing we all look forward to are MANGOES. Mangoes can be used in many ways from ice creams to custards and ice lollies. Yet here is one untraditional mango dessert that does not require many ingredient and can be made with great ease. Mango Sorbet is the perfect frozen summer dessert, that is refreshing and keeps the original fruit flavor intact.
- 4 Diced Mangoes
- 1/2 cup Honey
- 1/2 cup water
- Cut mangoes into small cubes and place in a tray to freeze overnight.
- Blend the frozen diced mango with honey and water till completely smooth.
- Pour the blended mango mixture in a pan and level it.
- Scoop and serve!
