Try These Healthy Juice Recipes To Keep Yourself Refreshed This Summer Season

Summer season has finally landed upon Pakistanis after a prolonged winter season this year. And we have come up with some delicious yet healthy summer drinks for our readers to enjoy in this heat.

  1. Watermelon and ginger juice
  • ½ seedless watermelon, peeled and chopped
  • 2 tablespoon lime juice
  • 2 teaspoon finely grated ginger

Add all the ingredients to a blender and whizz until smooth and completely combined. Alternatively, run everything through a juicer to combine. Strain into a chilled jug, add a little ice and serve immediately!

2. Strawberry and lemon juice

  • 250 g strawberries
  • Juice ½ lemon

Add the strawberries and lemon juice to a blender and whizz until smooth and completely combined. Strain into a chilled jug and serve immediately!

3. Cool cucumber juice

  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 handful of parsley
  • 1/2 green apple
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder

Add all the ingredient listed above into a blender and whizz until smooth and completely combined. Strain the mixture into a chilled jug and serve immediately!
